The Account Representative will work as a direct representative and liaison for Hertz Rental Car. This role will act as the facilitator and single point of contact between Hertz and the insurance/fleet company. The Account Representative’s main responsibly will be account management along with increasing revenue and market share. 

We expect the starting salary to be around $18.50 per hour

 

What You’ll Do:

Develop a thorough knowledge of rental and insurance/fleet operating systems  Responsible for supporting insurance adjusters using critical thinking  Improve training skills through regular new hire class trainings with adjusters  Be part of a diverse team whose focus is providing premier service to both internal and external customers  Develop, promote, and monitor referral / promotional contests aimed at encouraging adjusters to send more referrals to Hertz  Regularly distribute Hertz marketing items to claims adjusters  Develop and sponsor insurance company marketing events  Learn to develop and implement processes to streamline tasks and find efficiencies Correspond with senior leadership team within the client’s organization 

 

What We’re Looking For:

HLE experience Experience with frequently used Hertz systems Passion for customer service  Well-developed communications skills  Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently Must possess management-level decision making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Critical Thinker Solution oriented; using both analytics and service skill set Bachelor’s degree, preferred, but not required  Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Ability to influence Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations  Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
