HP’s Replacement Parts Business (RPB) is part of the Lifecycle Services & Customer Support Organization. RPB is responsible for supplying spare parts to meet out of warranty commitments for HP products. It operates across markets, delivering parts in 112 countries and with Part Store e-commerce portals in 42 countries and in 12 languages. The RPB Organization manages this function end to end, including but not limited to: Sales, E-commerce, Portal, Catalog, Account Management, Parts Resellers, Pricing, Order Management, Marketing, Helpdesk, Delivery Performance Management.
Our main objectives are:
1) Drive supply chain simplification;
2) Improve the customer and partners experience;
3) Grow the business / revenue & margin
What a Replacement Parts Business Market & Operations Lead does at HP:
There are dual portfolios to this role:
1) Market Lead
Remotely manage and grow Greater China's spare parts businessManage relationship with key stakeholders in Greater China (eg. Customer Support, Partners and Sales)Product support or solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes.Represents services on product or solution core teams and provides service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateral.Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance.Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of one solution or related set of services.Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvementStrong business acumen and understanding of Greater China's business traditionFluent in MandarinAble to read & write in Chinese2) Operations Lead
Lead an operations team of no more than 10 peopleManages the day-to-day post sales operations, starting from lead-to-cashLeads and develops trade spare part workflow processes & toolsCollaborates with regional stakeholders on the go-to-market strategy, service and support planning, implementation and performanceTransforms repetitive manual operational process to automationLeads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvementRespond to escalations and queries from customersEducation & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
