A Day in the Life:

 

Replacement Services Agents are responsible for accurately and efficiently managing assigned workload, with all workloads completed on a daily basis. 

We expect the starting salary to be around $16.00.

What You’ll Do:

Using repair status information from the Body Shop team or State Farm, Agent will monitor the rental and take necessary steps to control rental life.​ Agent will contact State Farm to add or remove authorized days, as needed.​ Agent will contact customers via outbound call to advise them of their policy max limits or final dates set by State Farm.​ Agents will notify Hertz location once rental is returned to close the contract and to ensure no additional charges will impact the customer or State Farm.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Insurance Replacement rental experience preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations  Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
