The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Replenisher is to ensure that all material for welders and operators is available and kitted prior to the start of the job and throughout the job run and to ensure accurate inventory control by accurate completion of electronic transfers.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Safe and correct movement of all needed materials. Review of schedules with coach or lead for the area to ensure accurate material set up. Verify Materials are available for the schedules. Proper set up and timely replenishment of all materials needed by the operations (Weld, Form, Bend, Assemble). Ensure that inventory is accounted for, moved and transferred accurately in Data Flow. Proper use of all equipment to include all safety checks on equipment are being performed and issues addressed immediately and escalated as necessary. Ensure that all inventory transfer equipment (hand-held or computers) are being utilized properly and only for those purposes. Ensure that product is ready before time of use and to set up next runs in time for use. Report any shortages and/or material availability concerns to coach or Team Leader Adhere to all company rules as detailed in the handbook or prescribed by management. Ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards are met or exceeded May be expected to operate various other machinery at times in the plant. May be asked to assist in other operations/departments as needed by coach or supervisor.
Must dress appropriately and wear specified PPE at all times. Immediately reports any potentially unsafe conditions to the Coach or team leader Ensure work area and pathways are free of trips and hazards. Keeps area, machines, tools and equipment clean, organized and clear of debris. Daily and accurate completion of material handling checklist(s). Adhere to set rules on driving of material handling equipment.
Ensure parts are correct to print before use. Check description and part number to actual. Look for obvious errors before moving the parts. (Gross count errors, wrong destination etc.) Report any quality concerns to the Coach or Team Leader. Ensure labels are correctly placed and legible.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must have basic computer knowledge and understanding. Training on specific operations will be given. Must demonstrate strong aptitude for working fast and accurately while thinking quickly and clearly. Strong work ethic. Possesses math, writing, reading and communication skills. Data entry skills. Must work within set policies and procedures. Well organized. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing environment experience a plus Bilingual a plus
