Replenishment Analyst

Replenish With Precision.As the Replenishment Analyst, you will forecast, replenish, and manage inventory of categories and Suppliers to meet service and fill level targets, as well as financial key performance indicators (KPI’s). Led by the Replenishment Supervisor, this role will best suit someone who is analytical, can identify patterns and anomalies, and is a strong communicator. Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Maintain item forecasts in Blue Ridge for regular, promotional, and seasonal replenishment.Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and order cycles to optimize profit and inventory turnover.Ensure timely purchase order (PO)  placement to meet service level and inventory targets.Provide guidance to the Replenishment Administrator on PO management and expediting.Improve warehouse efficiency through strategic buy quantity analysis.Identify gaps and profit opportunities to drive fill rates, margin, and sales performance.Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.Partner with Suppliers to share forecasts and identify business opportunities or disruptions.Investigate low service levels and adjust system parameters to improve performance and inventory turns.Collaborate with Planners and Merchandise Managers on replenishment and category plans.Support financial targets through open-to-buy and new category management processes.We’re looking for: Diploma in Supply Chain or Inventory Management preferred, along with 2-3 years of hands-on experience.  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and explore process or system solutions.Ability to spot trends, forecast issues, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and performance.Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to solutions.Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.Working knowledge of supply chain operations and retail financials.Clear and effective communicator (verbal and written).Familiar with Auto Replenishment Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel at an intermediate level).The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.How we’ll make you feel at HomeOur Team Members enjoy life at Home with our strong culture of support and inclusion, excellent benefits, and a team that always has your back.  You will receive:  Competitive earnings opportunity. Annual Incentive/Bonus Program. Comprehensive Benefits Program including: Health, Dental, Vision, Paramedical, Disability coverage, Out of Country Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Family Assistance Program. Defined Contribution Pension Plan with Company Match, and choice of contribution level. Group RRSP. Discounts from our corporate retail stores. Home & Auto Insurance discounts. Competitive vacation time.  Personal and sick time. Employee Discount Program through Venngo WorkPerks. Bring your unique skills, thrive with interesting and challenging work, and experience what it’s like at Home.
