Replenishment Planner
Role Summary:
The Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels across multiple distribution centers across the country. This role will place inventory purchase orders with suppliers and facilitate customer special orders to maximize customer service. The Replenishment Planner team is the primary driver of collaboration between sales, operations, and planning to minimize out of stocks while balancing inventory to the optimal level.

Role Specifics:
Minimize excess inventory and overstocks. Maximize on shelf availability. This position will collaborate with other Replenishment Planners and rest of the supply chain team members. The planner will lead cross functional collaboration meetings with the Sales and Operations organizations to facilitate execution of shared inventory and sales goals. This position will place PO’s and assist with the special purchase PO’s. This position will perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience with a focus on supply and demand management Experience with supplier and forecast data management and analysis. Bachelor’s Degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of inventory management methodologies, measures and approaches End-to-end supply chain knowledge Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Continuous Improvement mindset Ability to take complex data and analyze patterns and trends.This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA, and requires a strong in-person presence.
