Replenishment Supervisor

Our client, a pharmaceutical products wholesaler, is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to join their team. As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will be part of the warehouse operations management team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, previous warehouse replenishment experience and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Replenishment Supervisor**
**Location: Durham, NC**
**Pay: $48,000 - 50,000/year**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide day to day guidance, direction, and oversight to the operations associates
+ Coordinate with Assistant Director of Operations and Operations Manager to ensure company objectives, goals, and budgets are met
+ Rotate between day and night shift as needed to cross train in order to ensure adequate shift coverage
+ Participate in and conduct operations team meetings to keep an open line of communication
+ Ensure all equipment used for day operations is well maintained, properly operated, and available for use
**What’s Needed?**
+ 3+ years of precious warehouse management/supervisor experience required
+ Forklift experience preferred
+ Excellent communication, listening, and conflict resolutions skills
+ Basic computer skills/knowledge
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule - this position will require being able to work the day shift, the night shift and/or a swing shift as well as the ability to work Sundays as needed
