Description: Looking for a Repo Clearing SME who has senior -level, subject matter expertise in US clearing of repos and an in-depth understanding of how changes to clearing processes will impact as a sell-side firm as well as buy-side clients. In addition, this individual needs to be able have the potential to impact other areas of the bank including finance and regulatory reporting. Will assist in preparation for the SEC-approved central clearing for U.S. Treasury and Repo markets. Will be partnering with Director of Regulatory & Business Initiatives and PMO team, to drive conversations and suggest future state for the project, gain trust of stakeholders, and fill in knowledge gaps around SEC/US Treasury Repo Clearing. Experience and understanding dealing with clearing obligations under various regulations. Interpret regulatory requirements and translate for other lines of business.
