The Reporting Admin is a core support member who exhibits the highest level of expertise in performing account specifics specialized tasks. He/she is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent problem-solving abilities. He/she will be an expert at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them. He/she possesses good communication, customer focused and able to communicate complex business insights, both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate business requirements into detailed requirements documentation. Employ best practices during requirements gathering and documentation stages. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications within and beyond functional track Develop and actively maintain the data mart data dictionary. Oversee tracking and monitoring metrics and KPIs Coordinate reporting activities, including simple tasks and larger plans Qualifications College degree is preferred Minimum of 1-2 years strong experience in business analysis, reporting, requirements gathering and documentation. Strong knowledge and experience in industry standard project management practices. Proficient in basic business and productivity software, including Google Suite, Microsoft Sharepoint, Power Point, Excel. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, drive and lead work independently and be able to communicate clearly. Knowledge in data warehouse modeling and business intelligence concepts (e.g., entity relationship diagramming, SQL querying, source to target mapping, etc.) is preferred. Good Knowledge on CRM, ERP or Financial systems preferred. Willingness to do independent research and work in a team environment Must be able to multi-task and organize
