Reporting Analyst

Global Contract to Cash and Collections teams rely heavily on data to make critical business decisions, resolve issues, and initiate improvements in the process.  The Reporting Analyst will be responsible in putting all the data together, analyze, interpret, and present to the management team. In this role, the Reporting Analyst will be pulling raw data from various resources and tools, create reports, analyze by looking at trends and outliers, interpret and present in visuals to communicate the data and assist the team in ensuring that the set financial targets, efficiency, and accuracy targets, KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create, develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

2) Using data visualization tools to communicate the data that is easily understandable by the team.

3) Coordinating and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders for data collection and present to management to be able to formulate strategies to meet the targets and resolve issues.

4) Monitoring and analyzing financial results to help increase free cash flow and improve operational efficiency.

5) Successfully handle most non-routine issues and escalate to management the issues that cannot be resolved.

6) Contributing ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence.

1) Keen to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills – Thoroughly reviews reports and ability to find solutions to complex issues.

2) Communication and Presentation Skills - Ability to effectively communicate and create data visualizations to deliver actionable information to help management make informed decisions.

3) Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills – Ability to analyze and interpret data and would use their analysis to help identify the trends, inconsistencies and suggest the appropriate action plan.

4) Flexibility – Adapts to changes and has a positive outlook. Can multitask and meet multiple demands and priorities.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

1) Business Intelligence and Business Acumen

2) Data and Reporting Analysis

3) Proficiency in MS tools, SQL and power platform, expertise particularly on MS Excel

4) Understanding of data integrity and ability to present visually in an effective manner
