Reporting Analyst

In the Role

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, preparing, and distributing various production-oriented reporting and analytics for a variety of Business Partners. These reports allow our partners to monitor production workflows, key department statistics, as well as measuring the success of their individual teams.

In the Role

Collaborate with Business Partners to clearly define reporting requirements, including, but not limited to source data, KPI calculations, desired views, and distribution cadences.Create production reporting, analytics and Department Presentation Decks utilizing tools such as Excel (includes some complex formulas) and MS PowerPoint.Monitor report outputs for identification of trends and anomalies ensuring reporting is accurate and complete.Deliver timely and accurate reports and presentations to our business partners at desired cadence.Maintain established departmental documentation and workflow methods and procedures; support interdepartmental/business relationships.

Requirements

High School/GED Diploma requiredOperational support or servicing experienceAbility to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of management.Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationStrong organizational and process management aptitudeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

SAS, DataBricks, SQL, PowerBI, Power Queries, and Scripting (specifically VBA) experience.Call Center support, servicing, or operations experience.
