ActionLink is seeking a detailed, client-focused Full-Time Reporting Analyst to offer strategic and tactical support to our organization by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting consumer and financial data within one of our valued client accounts.
Position Overview
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing the consumer data, value, competitive intelligence, and financial statistics of the assigned client program to determine current status versus metrics and suggest methods of improvement. This individual interprets results using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation and statistical analysis to complex data mining. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with the ActionLink and Client project teams and will report directly to ActionLink's Director of Business Intelligence. Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the retail and 3PL fields is a plus. The ability to work independently without direct supervision, meet strict timelines, and ensure precision and accuracy in all reporting deliverables is paramount.

3+ years of relevant reporting or quantitative business analysis experienceApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant combination of quantitative education and experience Familiar with SQL (writing SQL queries), ODBC Data AccessAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office software with strong emphasis utilizing ExcelSignificant experience with data visualization techniques and presentationExperience with Business Intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)Demonstrates high degree of business acumen and detail orientationExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills to interface with corporate and client teamsPositive attitude and the ability to engage well with co-workers, customers, vendors and other collaboratorsAbility to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlinesMust be able to travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane (only periodically as needed or requested)Must have access to a quiet workspace with reliable high speed internet and smartphoneMust maintain high level of confidentialityEqual Opportunity Employer
