The Reporting & Analytics Analyst (Junior Tableau Developer) plays a vital role in the development and maintenance of enterprise performance monitoring and reporting solutions tailored for Executive Management and analyst communities. This role provides crucial analytical and technical support throughout the lifecycle of various business intelligence solutions. Strong organizational and communication skills, logical and creative thinking, tactical agility, and effective stakeholder management are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities BI Solution Design and Requirements Definition:. Support in understanding business needs related to enterprise performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams Translate requirements into detailed, clear, and accurate documentation encompassing wireframes, UX/UI elements, logic, and calculations, etc. BI Solution Development and Maintenance – Develop Tableau dashboards and related solutions for diverse use cases such as enterprise performance tracking and strategic initiatives monitoring. Key responsibilities include: Execute ETL processes for data from various source systems or manually prepared data models Develop Tableau dashboards to visualize data effectively Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of dashboards and reports Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high quality and optimal performance of BI solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or related field Proficiency in Tableau including but not limited to creating calculated fields, data blending, dashboard actions, and parameterized reports Thorough, detail-oriented, and structured thinker with a knack for problem-solving Expertise in advanced Tableau functionalities including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and performance Proven track record in data analytics with a focus on visual storytelling and insights generation Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in written form Proficient in graphic design principles with experience creating UX/UI wireframes for enhanced user experience Exhibits foresight and adapts quickly to changes, developing alternative approaches to problem-solving and embracing innovative solutions Preferably experienced in tools like Jira, SmartSheets, Figma, AdobeXD, etc. for streamlined collaboration and project execution
