Overview - Support PepsiCo SC senior leadership team - with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests - Partner with SC Leadership to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful, and user-friendly to best support decision-making - Analyse large complex data sets, across multiple Dimensions, KPIs, and highlight opportunities. The role is expected to not just compile data but understand and highlight insights with better business understanding. - Develop on-demand reports delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization - Responsible for Make function performance & productivity analytics - Develop Responsible for updating and reporting existing reports and creating any new reports that are requested, working hand in hand with market - Ensure reports are created in line with requirements and delivered on time Responsibilities • Dashboard adaption and dashboard refresh in the required frequency (M&W, MyEhs, Power steering,..etv) • Design and creation of new reports based on L3 and L4 requirements • Extraction of relevant data to conduct ad hoc analysis • Review SC KPIS • KPI Analysis and collation of data from all sites • Reporting on KPIs to BU/Plant Leadership Team and Sector Teams • Provide Manufacturing field and HQ support (e.g. on site or with reports / analysis / tools / trends) • Create Newsletter • Rewards and Recognition Process Qualifications • 0-1 years of experience • Powerbi, Tableau & Advanced MS Office development and reporting skills • Master data processing and execution experience • Time Management • Attention to details • Data Analytics • ERP (SAP, Oracle) • B2+ English Level • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI & Commercial Analytics tools • Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams • Flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities • Experience using SAP, SAP BI, SQL • Working knowledge of AI Tools to leverage in Reporting and Analytics
