Job Description

The Payment Services Reporting and Project Quality Control Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively amongst each group in the Control Framework & Governance team and is part of the Reporting team. The individual will support ongoing reporting routines and assigned projects on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. This role will include developing reporting, data entry and analysis, and various related risk management projects. Individual will assist in risk identification and response and escalate risks as appropriate.


Position Highlights

Complete weekly metric reports for Business Line Complaints Coordinator and Issue Management teamsReview and provide analysis on Complaints ReportingComplete monthly Executive Risk Reporting, including collaboration with Key Risk and Business Leaders to publish critical Governance ReportingWork with Issue Coordinators to track, publish and identify potential issue risks, support routines for Issues Management oversightAssist with maintenance of program support documentation, including incorporation of updates driven by changes to programs and policiesManage the Reporting Team SharePoint sitesAssist with the development of reporting in PowerBI and/or TableauSupport special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of applicable experience

Hybrid/flexible schedule

 

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00 - $105,490.00
