Maintaining and continuously improving the global health and safety reporting for internal and external stakeholder Driving non-financial reporting according to CSRD as well as external Ratings & Rankings by collaborating closely with our Sustainability functions and Subject Matter ExpertsEnsuring and enhancing data integrity and accuracy along the entire data chain for the annual health and safety audit process (internal controls, plausibility checks) in collaboration with IT functions and the global EHS communityAdvising operational and senior management to foster effective and transparent safety and health management monitoring, in connection with EHS programs and initiativesEnsuring the highest level of data transparency and quality by working closely with the international EHS community, contributing to Siemens's EHS strategy and sustainability ambitionsPreparing company-specific data analyses, evaluations, and reports upon requests from the management teamEngaging actively with the global Siemens EHS community, providing training, communicating within internal channels independently, and facilitating regular knowledge exchange sessionsYour defining qualities
EducationYou have a completed a master’s degree in data science, statistics, engineering, economics or, in the case of other degrees, a high affinity for data managementExperience & SkillsYou have already gained first years of professional experience in non-financial reporting, ideally around health and safetyWays of workingYour approach to data management, project management and consulting, is highly systematic, purpose-driven and fueled with a genuine interest in new technologyYou are passionate about improving the health, safety, and well-being of employees and are eager to contribute to transformative changes in the workplaceLanguages: Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this position.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
