How you will make an impact:Drive reporting in support of CTD Global Invoicing and Cash Collections teams to provide insightful analysis which helps us make business decisions, find opportunities to improve financial performance and assess risk.Engage across the CTD organization to deliver a cohesive, consolidated view of Key Accounts Receivable performance indicators and Risk profiles in our balance sheetReport to Credit & Collections Senior Manager and work closely with Invoicing Senior Manager, and their respective teams.What you will do:Reporting and analytics all AR reporting (all regions and BUs)Support the Account Receivable forecast process by building forecast modelsReport to Division / Group / Corporate teamsBuild spreadsheets and manipulate data using functions, formulas, and graphs as well as applying visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau to undertake basic statistics, reveal trends and analyse variancesDevelop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Commercial and Customer Services teams to resolve any outstanding discrepancies on ARIndependently investigate data issues and/or information given, ask pertinent questions and identify root causes, collaborate with functional business partners and system support to improve data qualityDrive data integrity and consistency of data mapping100% SOX complianceParticipate in various finance projects and initiatives to drive improvements in ExecutionStrong excel skill a must. Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools Other related duties as required and/or assigned

Degree level education preferredYears of Experience:5+ years of relevant working experienceKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong financial proficiency and acumenExcellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informational mannerExcellent skills with MS Excel are required; HFM/CMR and PowerBI are preferredData management experience and the ability to handle large sets of data and accurate reportsHighly analytical and possess a strong business senseOrganized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSelf-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job doneContinuous Improvement
