Reporting Specialist (Maternity Cover)

The scope is indicated in terms of annual dollar measures, unit measures, budgets, and other dimensional data specific to the position. This role is being offered as maternity cover. Responsibilities Fill in customer sheets with product information with new listings or deleting old SKU's in vendor central. Logistics order handling. Check orders and connect with CS to get orders delivered Ecommerce shelf scanning and building and being a key user for key customer on field of eCommerce Support with events such as trade fairs (e.g. logistics, ordering samples, consolidate fair orders, etc.) Support IT in collecting feedback on tools & system, ensuring tools are fit for purpose within PepsiCo. Assisting with back-end management of Field Sales tool, ensuring data completion and accuracy Process invoices and rebate management and handle orders Handle late/incomplete orders and other order-related disputes Coordinate procurement-related processes Organize training logistics (travel, invitation, location) and support preparation of trainings Support the preparation of fairs and customer events Support in product launch development and product changes towards customer Monitor and maintain key customer budgets, maintain display orders for buyer groups Manage sales tools & systems, FSF support toolkit Monitoring, analyzing and managing activities in Field planning system (Sales Force +) Manage payments in-kind and delivery of free goods, as well as contract administration Provide Onboarding material and tools for new employees Manage administration of equipment to customers or Capture and provide requests to place equipment at customers Qualifications Business experience (2-5 years) Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Administration Builds robust and successful working relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills High organisation and prioritisation skills Proactive, responsive and results driven Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce+, SAP, PDM, e-fundamentals Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience High attention to detail Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams and being a key-user and main POC for multiple buyer groups Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities Resilient and able to prioritise The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab
