EXP is currently searching for a Reporting Specialist, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves creating accurate and insightful reports for various departments, maintaining reporting systems, and ensuring that the information generated meets business needs.
Your work environment at EXP
Facilitate the development of information. Compile data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics. Tailor reports to meet the specific needs of all applicable parties. Automate regular reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Implement data validation and quality control procedures to maintain high data quality standards.What your experience looks like
BA/BS + 3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or relevant field (Required). Advanced Proficiency in Power BI (Required). Proficiency with MS Office applications(Required). Skilled in using analytical techniques to provide solutions (Required). Analytical approach to problem solving. Ability to effectively interface with multiple personnel and produce deliverables on time and with high quality.
