What You’ll be Doing
Are you organized, methodical, and detail oriented? In this role you’ll report to a logistics manager and play an essential role in planning the future needs of the business. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting the regional product lifecycle function, that is focal point between the supply chain, the regional supply chain functions, and partner functions. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Managing regular and ad-hoc reporting for your assigned area, ensuring timely delivery in line with SLAs;Ensuring data accuracy and applying quality controls across reporting activities;Adapting and modifying existing reports in response to changing business needs;Performing in-depth data and root cause analysis upon request;Creating and maintaining databases to support report automation and distribution;Keeping reporting documentation (work instructions, report definitions) up to date.What You Bring to the Role
Written and spoken communication skills in EnglishVery good knowledge of ExcelExperience in supply chain or customer service environmentsSuperior planning and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data with a high degree of attention to detailStrong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)What You Can Expect
