We will count on you to

Strategic Data Analysis: Define, develop, and analyze complex data to support strategic planning and business management, leveraging over 5 years of experience in data handling and analysis.Insightful Reporting: Perform high-complexity data analysis, develop analytical reports, and work with stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting requirements.Leadership and Guidance: Act as a resource for Reporting Analysts, providing advice and direction on reporting and technical data manipulation issues, and reviewing reports prepared by junior analysts.Project Management: Lead basic projects, collaborate with colleagues to improve reporting infrastructure and delivery tools, and maintain effective relationships with internal contacts to resolve stakeholder issues and drive business improvement.

What you need to have:

Extensive experience in managing data with advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.). and proficiency in creating visual dashboards using Power BI and other tools.Superior communication, organizational, and project management abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders, comprehend their needs, and oversee communication throughout the development lifecycle.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excelling both as an individual contributor and as a team leader, inspiring and guiding the team to achieve excellence.
