SUMMARY

Manage use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and software-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects in Utility Management operations. Define project activities and objectives through improved use of application, internet and other automated processes.

PRIMAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support activity and data modeling, development of invoice processing solutions and business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements Provide group facilitation, assessment of needs through different methods such as interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer Key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and application of best practice including e-business practices. May serve project lead and supervise project team members’ progress of work depending on project scope Support development of system information requirements using analysis of the information enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems Assist in material development, business process reengineering, business case analyses, and organization and product assessments  Deploy release information from all development and improvement projects and constantly review stakeholders needs to continuously enhance designs in system Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Experience in business process programming, business process modeling or management Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Experience in utility management solutions, preferred Competence with Microsoft Office suite including MS Project, VISIO and Power BI. Prior Marine Corps experience is desired but not required Minimum Education: BA/BS degree in technology related field preferred
