About the Role

\n

This position is part of a software development team developing and supporting tolling back-office products. These industry leading products support the collection of tolls and the associated operations for several of the country’s largest tolling agencies.  This position is responsible for analysis, design, coding, integration, test & maintenance of software modules used in the tolling back-office system. Scope of the position includes:

\n

Responsibilities 

\n\n Design, develop, and maintain complex software programs. \n Work collaboratively with other members of the project team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality delivery enterprise applications. \n Consult with other solution architects, system support teams, database administrators and application teams on solution architecture, system, database and application design. \n Plan and estimate development work needed to implement assigned tasks. \n Transform complex requirements into working, maintainable enterprise-level solutions. \n Perform detailed application design as appropriate. \n Author and maintain design and technical documentation necessary. \n Provide leadership to other team members to deliver high quality systems on schedule. \n Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements.\n Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards.\n Conducting system performance tests and application tuning\n\n

Requirements 

\n\n Areas of expertise include Oracle Data Warehousing, ETL, ELT, Data Modeling, Data management Systems, OBIEE / OAS, DAC, Reporting\n Experience in data warehousing includes architect, dimension modeling-star & snowflake, develop & implementing the ETL–ELT processes, develop & implementing the OBIEE/OAS reports\n Performance Tuning of ETL & OBIEE \n Deep understanding of the Data warehousing SDLC and architecture of ETL, reporting and BI tools.\n Experience in developing stored procedures, functions, Views and Triggers, Complex queries using Oracle PL/SQL\n Good at Documenting and understanding user requirements and System Specifications.\n Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills.\n A background in large scale transaction processing and financial management systems. \n Experience working in a team environment where team members are geographically dispersed.\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science (M.S. in computer science preferred) or related field \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $101,063 – $131,250
