What is the opportunity?

The selected candidate will be responsible of the fulfillment of transactions within Team Transfers and Consolidations The functions within the team are Transfers Out to OFI in Cash and in Kind while maintaining our strict deadlines. The selected candidate will complete transactions providing an exceptional client experience. The candidate will acquire extensive Investment knowledge and will also act as a referral point for other team members for the applicable policy, process and procedure. The business hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

AOTF role:hybrid role where employee assists Investments teams cross functionally.

Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better.Focus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities, transactions and/or processes, contributing to achievement of business specific Client Service Commitments (CSC’s) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA)Employee will participate in an Performance Edge program and must meet minimum performance thresholds set by your team/groupConsistently demonstrates a sense of urgency in daily activities understanding the importance and impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience.Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations.Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followed.Analyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactions.Provides professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff. Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership & accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Investment Knowledge

Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma programStrong background with the use of window based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skillsProven analytical mindset and problem solving skillsDemonstrate ability to adapt to an ever changing environmentMaintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environmentAdaptability

Nice to have:

Investments knowledgeExperience working with Sales Platform, RBIS, Unitrax, etc.
