As a customer support professional, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our cardholders by: + Maximizing our services and benefits with the aim of making AMEX the business card of our Affiliates and establish their loyalty to the brand. + Analyze our Cardholder's spending history, trends and determine their needs to ensure personalized interaction on each connection. + Achieve pre-established goals of service and efficiency. + Stick to your schedule and efficiently handle inquiries from card members + Respond to a large volume of calls, demonstrating extraordinary customer service in every interaction. + Have conversational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Passion for customer service. + Strong negotiation skills. + Clear and concise communication in Spanish. + Develop customer loyalty through exceptional listening. + Ability to build trust in conversations with our customers. + Work simultaneously in an environment driven by various fast-paced and competent metrics. + Navigation in Windows environment. + Adaptability. + Ability to recover from adversity. + Resolution to the client in an effective and adequate way. + Agility **Additional Requirements:** + Flexibility to work anytime between 06:00am-11:00 pm, including weekends + Hybrid Environment- on site expectation 3 days/week + Workplace Flexibility: Full time.
