Job Description:

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Client Services Representative in West Chester, PA!

ROLE SNAPSHOT: Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Provide daily convenience care and routine maintenance for copier equipment, including cleaning, paper replenishment, and addressing minor issues.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring high-quality service.
– Monitor and report any equipment issues to the service department or supervisor.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, equipment upkeep, and inventory movement.
– Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and processing inventory changes.
– Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to document account processes and participate in cross-functional training for flexible coverage.
– Adjust site responsibilities as needed to align with client and division needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

– HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
– Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
– Good customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work with minimal supervision.
– Ability to work OT as needed.
– Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers’ premises.
– Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
– Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
