Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for client satisfaction and the timely resolution of client issues and concerns.Provision of high-level customer service to Connectivity clients and customers, through various communication channels including phone supportAssisting in the onboarding of clients by merging data in Connectivity&aposs administration platformAssisting in manual claiming of clients&apos locations by working directly to claim and verify client locations with key online business directoriesSubmitting user edits to top directories in an effort to help correct location informationWorking directly with small business locations to help them purchase andor support Connectivity&aposs new self-serve productsResponsible for the client experience as it relates to billing, invoicing, chargebacks, and technical support issues related to the new self-serve productsProvision of administrative support to the Account Management teamDelivery of a weekly workload and progress report to the management teamAny other task or project assigned by management QualificationsPrevious experience within a customer services team is required, preferably within a technical or software companyOutstanding communication skills ability to communicate with clients, customers and internal teams effectively and with confidenceHighly motivated and self-driven to achieve resultsAble to multitask and handle multiple and shifting prioritiesStrong organization and problem solving skills are essentialExcellent computer skills, tech savvy, proficiency with Mac and Google products Additional Information Job LocationSorry, this job has expired
