Representative, GRP will collaborate closely with international teams to ensure seamless hiring processes across regions. You will be responsible for resolving SolvNow tickets, addressing recruitment-related issues, and troubleshooting errors in business workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in global recruitment operations.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations.Resolve SolvNow tickets related to global recruitment issues.Troubleshoot and resolve errors in hiring business processes to maintain efficiency.Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment system functionalities.Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS toolsPromote the Company image to candidates and external service providersProvide general support for the TA department(s) and related stakeholders, as necessary
Candidate Profile Associate's Degree in related field with less than one year of relevant experience preferredEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in a high-velocity environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and tactKnowledge of general office practice and business etiquetteAbility to follow through on work assignments with limited supervisionStrong technical profeciency Career Level Description
Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience. Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
