Team members are assigned a primary role on the patient access team and may perform check-in, registration and scheduling functions, as well as address inquires via telephone, email, or fax. The care Model Process (CMP) guidelines are to be utilized and followed for all workflows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalentTwo years in customer service, working in a hospital or medical clinic setting or graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two year degree in related field.
