The group is responsible for managing the flow of Verint’s products and services and ensuring successful Software deliveries, licenses and media to customer orders and service contracts. **Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities** : + Coordinates the daily fulfillment of customer orders. Generates licenses, and process Sales orders and service contract renewals. + Collaborates with cross functional teams to successfully process orders and support tickets, meet SLA, OTD and quality standards. + Reviews control reports including orders backlog, unconfirmed delivery documents, unallocated orders, and others to ensure timely follow-up on problems with orders and/or shipments. + Assists with supply chain operations by monitoring performance metrics and quality standards. + Communicates with other customer facing teams in Verint such as Sales\OM\Customer service on order statuses or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation. **Requirements** : + Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience. + 0-1+ years’ experience in operational logistics with a preference in customer service and fulfillment. + Strong verbal and written communication. + Good with Microsoft applications, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel + Attention to detail, organized and good follow through. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cross functionally globally. + Adapts to changes within the industry, environment, or organization. + Ability to work US EST time zone hours to accommodate the customer base. **Preferred requirements:** + Experience with ERP system, Oracle
