Job Description

The purpose of this job is to monitor customer accounts and payments to ensure collection of receivables and minimize company exposure as well as provide customer support.

In this role you will: 

Perform collection of past-due invoices for direct bill, wholesale, fleet, and RV accountsMonitor and review daily receipts as well as draft returns and collect payments accordinglyDevelop and maintain customer relationships ensuring response to customer needs including invoices, transaction details, and other account specificsWork with billing card services to active or inactivate accounts on direct billSupport account set-ups by entering accounts into CreditView to document customer activities and issuesWork with store reconcilers to help research manual re-billsAssist cash applications team with applying customer payments
 

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredBachelor’s degree in business or related field preferredMinimum one year work experience requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to make decisions and work with minimal supervisionAbility to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve problems with a high sense of urgency
