Manage efficient usage of production time and company resources through the following:
Accuracy in Interaction HandlingMaintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levelsTracking of all White-Rodgers hold ordersUpdating tracking sheets (Shipment Issue Tracker, Johnstone RD Tracking Log)Portal ManagementAttends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the teamWork within defined Manila Copeland operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.Take Care of Retail accounts in terms of orders coming in through EDI or Customer Websites as well as accounts that sends their Orders Manually.Make sure that inventory of items on the retail account websites are accurate/up to date.Take care of all return and scrap requests from retail and utility customers.
