Key Responsibilities:

This position serves as a Representative of the Inflight Training team with a focus on the Media & Technology side of Inflight Training operations.

The role will support basic IT and troubleshooting, supports regulatory electronic and technology equipment for Inflight Training, such as iPhone (LINK) devices, iPads, laptops, and other equipment as needed. Provides weekly support of training device and application expertise and knowledge.Proactively finds solutions to technical, creative, and process challengesDesigns, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.The role may also support media technology initiatives which include: developing, shooting, editing and producing photo and video content to support flight attendant training programs, both internally with the development teams and externally to the line flight attendants. Builds and edits outstanding and creative visual assets that improve audience engagement while demonstrating traditional techniques.Supports video shoots and post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing for training presentations.Collaborate with the Inflight Training team in visual storytelling by developing all video and photo content as required using a variety of digital video equipment and various industry-standard editing tools.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or significant work experience in basic IT, Video Producer/Editor1+ year(s) of experience with ITStrong foundational knowledge of IT and digital technology, Apple Devices (tablets and phones), PC, and Microsoft.Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues for both PC and Apple devices, including:Basic software troubleshootingMicrosoft Office applicationsEmailinternet access and connectivity issuesAbility to troubleshoot technical software issue to ensure rapid resolution Experience in project management or process designStrong written and verbal skillsEffective time management, presentation, planning and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under time constraintsAbility to work all Inflight Training shifts between hours of 0600 – 1800; hours may vary including some nights and weekendsMust be able to show work samples from previous projects e.g. video footageDeep understanding of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques for audiovisual (AV)Past camera experience, proven knowledge of Panasonic Camcorders, Nikon DSLR professional cameras, or similarProficiency on PCs, as well as with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)Ability to prepare the studio set, including cameras, lighting, props, and equipmentAbility to input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects into videosApplies computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production conceptsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentConsult with partners from production to post-production processResults oriented, can easily identify priority items, and get them done in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the positionPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree1+ year(s) of experience in video production and training content creationExpertise preferred in video/photo editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel) Adobe Suite, (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)Experience with graphic design and/or animation a plus

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $71,830.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
