Description We are looking for a skilled Reprographics Associate with expertise in digital printing to join our team on a Contract basis. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and involves handling various reprographics tasks, including copy, print, and scanning operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in reprographics, strong technical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Manage and complete a high volume of reprographics requests, including black-and-white and color photocopying. • Operate and maintain production printers and copiers, ensuring job settings are correctly configured and queues are managed efficiently. • Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, and cutting documents based on job specifications. • Monitor the quality of documents throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Load paper and toner into copiers and printers as needed to maintain uninterrupted operations. • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service calls when necessary. • Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding job requirements, deadlines, and any potential issues. • Ensure all tasks are completed with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. • Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and work while standing for extended periods. Requirements • Minimum of one year of office services experience, ideally in a legal, banking, or corporate environment. • Previous experience in reprographics or digital printing operations is highly preferred. • Proficient in operating production printers, copiers, and finishing equipment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently. • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain standing for long periods. • Technical aptitude and familiarity with reprographics tools and processes.
