**Job Category:** Human Resources **Position Purpose:** The purpose of the Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) is to cultivate highly skilled, well-rounded professionals who are equipped to meet business needs and priorities. **Department/Location: Indianapolis, IN - HQ** **Program Overview and Benefits** : Republic Airways is proud to offer a leadership development program that prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership level positions over a two-to-three-year timeline composed of three rotations in a defined track. Resources will be provided to train and mentor associates, hone critical leadership skills and assist in the successful conversion from the RLDP program into a designated role of interest and business need.
