We’re hiring a Team Member for Repurposed at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, an affiliate of Rite of Passage.

This position is working in a thrift store that is location on the Canyon State Academy campus and is part of the education department. While the thrift is open to the public Sun-Fri during the day the goal is that it is a training center for the high school students in our care. This position requires you to work alongside the students, teaching them to sort, customer service skills and modeling appropriate adult behaviors. This position requires that you are a min. of 21 years of age.

The position requires you to be able to lift over 50 pounds and be on your feet for an 8 hour shift.

 

What you’ll do:

The Team Member provides assistance to the manager in our Repurpose Thrift Store along with guiding the students who work there. 

This is a training center and you will be required to work with High School students

To be considered, you should:

Have a High School diploma or equivalent. Have at least one year of experience working in an office environment. Have experience and success in retail environment. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Lift 50 pounds or more stand on your feet for an 8 hours shift
