What you will do in this role
The Reputation Senior Specialist will enhance and protect our brand reputation across all channels. This role will be responsible for creating effective communication flows, ensuring brand consistency, and implementing a governance process to uphold our brand's integrity.
Communication Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive communication flow to engage all stakeholders and ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
Brand Reputation Management: Develop strategies to guarantee brand reputation at a global level, influencing and managing perception across various platforms.
Audit Third-Party Channels: Conduct audits of third-party channels such as job boards to ensure proper usage of our brand and messaging.
Glassdoor and Indeed Reporting: Track and report brand reputation metrics to leadership and regional teams, with a specific focus on increasing our Glassdoor rating from 4.0 to 4.2.
Community Leadership: Lead the reputation community, fostering collaboration among members and promoting best practices in reputation management.
Expanding Reputation Management: Extend reputation management efforts to cover all channels, ensuring proactive monitoring and response strategies are in place.
Brand Influence Across Channels: Manage and influence the brand's reputation on social media, review sites, and other relevant platforms.
Performance Metrics Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a brand dashboard for measuring reputation metrics and insights effectively.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience in reputation management, brand marketing, or communications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on brand health effectively.
Fluent in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and lead community efforts.
Proven experience in managing brand reputation across various channels.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with reputation management tools and software.
Familiarity with job boards and online review platforms, specifically Glassdoor and Indeed.
Understanding of brand governance and communication strategies.
