Main responsibilitiesCollect and register inquiries, requests, claims, returns from external and internal customers in a timely manner, based on predefined prioritiesManage incoming customer calls and monitor new cases coming via emailAim for “first call resolution” practice especially for requestsClassify and Assign cases to the responsible resolution team/colleagues if first call resolution is not possibleSupport request/claim resolution process with additional data gathering and communicationMonitor operational reports, follow-up on all requests and claims to secure resolution and communication to customer ed on templatesAbout you
