What You Will Do:
As a Requirements Analyst you will engage both client and team mates to solicit, extrapolate, and document business and system requirements in support of our project objectives. You will be responsible for capturing, documenting and validating business and system requirements and act as a liaison between functional and technical stakeholders as your team conducts their system integration and deployment.
This role is crucial in establishing the environment and specific application functional and technical specifications and you will collaborate with team members as your requirements are translated and adopted into functionality and capabilities.
Our Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration
THREE (3) or more years of experience in consulting, business analytics, process improvement.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Collaborate with client and team members and to understand business objectives and translate them into usable and executable system and business requirements.
Develop technical and business requirement documentation.
Familiarity with ICAM concepts such as: Identity Governance, PKI, Single Sign On, Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Access Request and Certification.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), where necessary, in conjunction with the following:
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
Performing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, and mentoring junior team-members.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
