The Defense and Intelligence group at Leidos is currently looking for a Requirements Analyst to support the Human Resources System Technical Support (HRSTS-III) Program. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including process owners, end-users, and IT teams.Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.Develop and maintain business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.Design and propose Oracle solutions to meet business needs, including process improvements and system enhancements.Develop and maintain Oracle solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements.Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, user stories, and business process diagrams.Design and propose solutions to meet business needs, including process improvements and system enhancements.Develop and maintain solution designs, including data models, system architecture, and user interface prototypes.Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of Oracle solutions.Develop and deliver training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and workshops.Provide ongoing support and maintenance to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Educational Qualifications:

Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. Strong understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.Expertise in Oracle software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
