Requirements and Documentation Specialist Role for Commuter and Regional Trains

At the moment, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Requirements and Documentation Specialist to join our team in the Commuter and Regional Trains Business Unit.

How will your team look like:

Regular meetings with core bid management German team and daily communication with Czech colleagues from various departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage requirements for our commuter rail vehicles projects using a requirements management tool, supporting its users and creating project-specific reports and metricsCommunicate daily with engineers and owners of these requirements to coordinate themIndependently manage the delivery process of required documents specified in customer tendersEvaluate and comment on documentation requirementsReport regularly to project managers, providing expertise and working independently within the project structureBring new optimization ideas within your area of responsibilityQualifications:
University degree  Working communication level in German and Czech, English is an advantage  Proficient in MS Excel and other productivity tools Ability to organize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Demonstrates initiative, learning and analytical skills, assertiveness, and the ability to quickly adapt to complex topics
