Job Description

THE POSITION

Tasks

Receive, analyze, and structure Customer Requirements DocumentsManage the Requirement Engineering TeamDiscuss requirements with customer (mainly system level)Transfer and organize requirements documents into Requirements Management Tool / Database in DOORSStructure requirements for the areas of software, electrical, mechanical, systems and optical engineering.Establish Requirements Management Plan and TraceabilityDefinition and maintain requirements metricsResponsible for Requirements Change ProcessSupport definition of System ArchitectureSupport definition and documentation of safety and cybersecurity relevant requirements, support FSM and cybersecurity processChecking and reporting the level of completeness towards the project managementMonitoring of the Requirements TraceabilityManage and participate in reviews to identify requirements inconsistenciesEnsure communication with the customer follows the agreed processes

QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering – Electrical Engineer preferred5+ years of relevant work experience – Preferably in any development of electronic systems.Good communication and presentation skillsGood understanding of  System Engineering and subsystemsBasic understanding of embedded systems and electronics architectureAnalytical thinkingGood English, spoken and writtenIntercultural competenceDOORS experienceAdvance DOORS experience is welcome (e.g. define attributes, baselines, linkset and DXL)
