Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesQualification: BE / B.Tech / M.E / M. TechYou must have experience of 8 - 10 years with at least five years of requirements managementGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience in requirements management tools, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools requiredAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and reports, generate simple schedules and analyse large volumes of dataStrong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologiesWhat You Need to SucceedDefine product requirements. Translate product requirements into software requirementsManage requirements for retail software products (embedded and cloud-based systems)Ensure requirements fully documented, traceable and in line with requirements management planManage both functional and non-functional requirementsValidate requirements with respect to Stakeholder RequirementsReview Requirements with teamEvaluate and ensure that the deliverable meets the acceptance criteria by proper testing techniques.Provide status reports for requirements capture, validation and verificationCreate and maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approvalLiaise with business functions to support design development activitiesSupport engineering change management processBe able to communicate efficiently and clearly with team and customersParticipate as a team member in Agile scrum deliveriesWorking in international environment with a multicultural teamExhibit excellent team spirit and good in communicationHigh degree of proficiency in English language, knowledge of German language will be an added advantageOur Offer to YouHybrid working model.Family Mediclaim benefits including parents & Term life insurance Cover.
