**Overview** **_**This position is contingent upon award of contract**_** SOSi is seeking a **Requirements Manager** to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. **Essential Job Duties** + Management of procedures, processes, and standards in change management. + Works with Government and contractor staff in the validation of requirements. + Managing and tracking requirements through development and implementation. + Provides recommendation on improving systems and processes. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + Active in scope DoD Secret clearance. + Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related discipline. + Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea. + CompTIA A+/Security+, and ITIL Certification **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable). **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
