To enhance the quality and efficiency of our Department's clinical research efforts, we are seeking a dedicated Research Administrative Coordinator who will serve across key divisions: Acute Care Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Oncology. This position is critical to supporting the recruitment and enrollment of study participants, facilitating seamless coordination of research projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruiting and enrolling study participants, including prescreening and informed consent.
Coordinate clinical research projects from feasibility evaluation through safety assessments.
Manage IRB preparation, regulatory documentation, and compliance reporting.
Provide patient counseling regarding study procedures and side effects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate data logs, study flow sheets, and serve as the primary liaison with study monitors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsA bachelor’s degree is preferred, and some clinical research experience is required. Seeking candidates with experience in:
