Research Analyst, Document Acquisition

The Document Acquisition team is an integral part of Data Solutions which collects and processes public filings and other relevant documents from publicly listed and other client-requested companies or entities.

As a Research Analyst, you will be tasked with collecting annual reports, interims, prospectuses, press releases, and news from stock exchanges and corporate websites, mailings, and contractual arrangements with local suppliers to ensure the most complete and timely offering available in the market. Processed reports are then made available to internal and external end users.

You will report to the Team Lead and assist in meeting the team’s business goals through meeting your individual targets. As an individual contributor, you shall be responsible for your own performance in all assigned tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Timely sourcing of listed and/or private company financial reports and other documents and ensure complete coverage.Maintains the coverage lists. Maintains relevant statistical information concerning intake and reporting periods, backlogs, timeliness, etc.Continuously identifies and recommends new sources to Content Development group.Supports clients on document queries.Provides support to Fundamentals Operations and other Content teams in ensuring availability of reports for update at all times.Performs a variety of other duties as required and requested by management.
