The Quality Control Analyst reviews, proofs, and edits research content published by the analyst team to evaluate compliance with quality standards such as structure, clarity, consistency, and style. Based on the monitoring, the Quality Control Analyst tracks and reports on performance and quality metrics of Analysts’ work. The Quality Control Analyst provides feedback and recommendations to ensure final content is aligned with business goals. The Quality Control Analyst also has a thorough understanding of the product and business operations in order to coordinate and execute new hire training to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.
