(市场调研&消费者洞察)分析师-餐饮服务

 

【工作内容】

定期撰写并发布英敏特综合性行业报告及食品饮料趋势,重点行业包括街饮店、咖啡店、中餐、西餐、烘焙店等 在Line Manager(行业研究总监)的指导下,独立完成中国报告的周期项目:包括不限于根据市场洞察撰写消费者问卷,专家访谈,数据整理及分析,二手资料搜集,报告编写以及审核翻译 整合并灵活运用内外部信息,包括不限于食品饮料行业(特别是餐饮服务)发展的最新动向(中国与全球市场)、一手数据分析以及二手市场资料,制定报告写作计划,梳理出具体的市场和产品/菜单创新趋势以及消费者洞察 负责深耕食品饮料品类的行业发展,积累行业知识,并能够和Line Manager(行业研究总监)一起对接与该领域相关的各类销售支持及市场活动 根据报告写作或客户需要,进行数据的收集、整理和筛选并撰写洞察报告 支持Line Manager(行业研究总监)的日常工作,参与行业峰会、客户分享会的内容筹备,提供食品饮料行业市场最新趋势与专业洞见

 

【要求】

<教育背景>拥有良好的学历背景:国内985/211全日制本科或研究生毕业,食品科学与工程、社会学、心理学、市场营销、商业分析等相关专业;有海外留学或生活经历优先 <工作经历>拥有至少1年食品饮料行业相关的工作经历(如食品工程、快消品、餐饮服务产品创新、行业分析与消费洞察、市场营销等),以及独立调研问卷设计、定量研究、社交聆听分析等相关经验;有知名食品饮料行业(特别是餐饮服务)R&D、咨询公司、市场研究公司、数据与营销服务公司等相关经历优先 <语言要求>具备长篇中英文阅读和写作的素养和功力;中英文口语流利,能够进行日常商务交流与现场演讲 <综合技能>良好的逻辑分析能力,对数据敏感,并擅长归纳总结,同时对食品饮料和餐饮服务行业抱有热情;熟悉行业研究、消费者调研、专家访谈、电商数据分析或社媒聆听者优先 <软性技能>良好的沟通和表达能力,愿意参与跨部门、跨团队协作,以及出差;严谨细致,有自驱力,抗压能力强,能够在时间压力下交付高质量的输出

 

Research Analyst - Foodservice, China

We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our China Insights Team, specializing in the Foodservice sector. This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop your own expertise and be the thought leader in the food service industry, with the opportunity to influence the world’s largest consumer brands and advertising agencies.

 

What you will be doing

 

1. Publishing in-depth reports combining market research and consumer insights:

Publish Mintel Reports on time covering a variety of consumer markets, including but not limited to tea houses, coffee houses, Chinese foods and Western food, that demonstrate Mintel’s expertise in the subject field Independently lead the workflow of Mintel Reports including questionnaire design, data analysis, and report writing Gather primary and secondary data relevant to each market, especially food service, and work with Research Directors to develop accurate market, company, and segmentation data while monitoring product trends in the menu Build relationships with industry contacts to understand the key issues influencing consumers, innovation, and company strategy, identifying the most relevant issues to explore in consumer research

 

2. Representing Mintel and delivering client work

Handle client service requests related to the subject field Support the commercial team to proactively share Mintel’s insights with clients & prospects in face-to-face meetings Promote Mintel’s brand in the marketplace by supporting marketing and PR activities such as media interviews

 

Who we are looking for 

 In-depth knowledge of the food & drink industry, innovation trends, and consumer behavior, especially in the food service sector.

Strong expertise in market research, data analysis, and converting insights into strategic initiatives. Good communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong writing proficiency in both languages for business contexts.

Qualifications

Good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field, and overseas experience is a plus At least 1 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar role within the Food & Drink industry; Experience with well-known food & drink manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, or A-class research and consulting firms is a significant advantage for this role. Experience in independent questionnaire design, quantitative research, social listening report preparation, and leveraging insights to drive product development and marketing strategies. Strong interest in the foodservice, patience to study and enjoy spotting trends/innovations that are emerging in the categories, and are willing to try out new launches to get first-hand experiences. Bilingual communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural collaboration. Willingness to travel for client meetings or marketing activities.
