Our client, a leader in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a Research Analyst IV to join their team. As a Research Analyst IV, you will be part of the Small Business Group Marketing Science team supporting various initiatives aimed at empowering businesses to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a knack for embracing ambiguity, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Facilitating ongoing progress tracking and conducting competency assessments on a global scale.
+ Developing and implementing standardized processes to evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts.
+ Conducting research to gain deeper insights into advertiser needs and expectations.
+ Enhancing the measurement of new hire performance to define productivity criteria.
+ Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of various initiatives.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as market or media research, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience conducting survey research, including survey design and implementation.
+ Proficiency in working with large datasets and using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and manipulation.
+ Familiarity with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies.
+ Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
