Research and Knowledge Coordinator, GMA

Complete comprehensive research reports of global requirements for any products . Independently, provide global regulatory updates, research monitoring and document management of regulatory database. Interpret requirements to write executive summary reporting of changes and impacts to customers and business. Handle and lead main GMA knowledge services, studies and interface with customers.
+ Provide comprehensive and complex research reports based on the required regulatory information.
+ Autonomously manage critical GMA data in knowledge tools and apps.
+ Validate research reports, studies, news and tools.
+ Lead GMA research projects and act as interface with customers to explain main GMA requirements and schemes.
+ Cooperate with industries to develop GMA knowledge services and customized solutions.
+ May act as owner of certain geographic areas or regulations; create knowledge networks within UL or with external partners in order to build internal knowledge.
+ May supervise the day-to-day delivery of high-quality knowledge services.
+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
+ Perform other duties as directed.
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ Minimum 3 years of related experience.
+ Deep knowledge of the TIC industries and the differences between the various schemes.
+ Natural influencing skills, confident and be able to deliver the message.
+ Ability to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.
+ Skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.
+ Strong ability to identify alternate solutions based on customers/business needs that are simple and practical.
+ Has regional/global responsibility as key resource for sales and operations in global market access pursuits.
+ Excellent communication, able to summarize requirements and resolve discrepancies in information obtained during the research process, able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders main GMA schemes requirements and share GMA knowledge, able to connect GMA knowledge to conformity assessment services and processes
+ Bachelors Degree Engineering, International Relations, or other specialization based on the specific coverage, Preferred.
+ Data Analytics Experience is an advantage.
